I’m Radhika, a product designer originally from Pune, India, and now living in Göttingen, Germany. Over the past 4 years I’ve tackled B2B solutions, facilitated discovery workshops, and immersed myself in user-centered design for agile, cross-functional teams.

My background includes a Master’s in Human-Centered Design, where I learned that design isn’t just about pretty interfaces or cutting-edge tech - it’s about empathizing with users and truly understanding their challenges. My mechanical engineering training gave me an analytical edge, and my curiosity as a designer keeps me open to new ideas and creative approaches.

When I’m not on a design sprint, I’m usually making polymer clay jewelry, quilling, reading, or watching movies of all genres.
